Rooh ji Rehaan - a gathering of souls
A music installation into the music and poetry of the herders of Kutch
Cast the gaze of a poet on every element of the landscape – moon, mountain, camel, cloud, hurricane or river - and it brings forth deeper hidden meanings. Living closely with the elements, as herders do, we are invited to plunge into an immersive space where we briefly experience the psycho-spiritual, philosophic universe of a maldhaari.
